The Role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and honest fencer, experience preferred to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for collaborating with the team to complete fencing projects efficiently and on time. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
✔ Car Licence

✔ White Card

✔ Fence demolition and site preparation

✔ Marking out positions for post holes

✔ Ensuring proper alignment and leveling of fence posts

✔ Digging post holes and setting posts securely

✔ Installing fence panels

✔ Constructing wooden paling and Colorbond fences

✔ Working with a variety of tools and materials

✔ Using techniques such as sawing, drilling, and fastening

✔ Mixing and pouring concrete for post foundations

✔ Cleaning up the job site after installation

✔ Adhering to health and safety regulations

✔ Collaborating effectively with team members

✔ Reporting on work progress

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
