McKay Drilling is an industry-leading WA based; operated drilling company located in Wangara. We are seeking an experienced Store person to join our team. Previous expertise in the drilling industry will be highly regarded.

Supporting the procurement team, you will be responsible for receipting, picking, packing and issuing of purchased stock and inventory items, in addition to coordinating transportation to ensure continuous operation of the drilling rigs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels
- Loading and unloading of parts and consumables for inbound and outbound freight
- Issuing, returning and data entering of stock
- Undertaking regular stock takes and stock level adjustments
- Investigating inventory discrepancies and documenting stock transfers, returns etc
- Ensuring freight travels consistently to ensure a reliable supply chain
- Checking and receipting goods in a timely and efficient manner

**About you**
- Previous stores/ inventory management experience within a drilling or heavy industrial environment
- Ability to interpret maintenance parts
- Australian Drivers licence
- Current forklift ticket
- Strong computer skills
