**About the role**:
In this role you will lead and manage a team of highly motivated and capable individuals and:

- Work closely with Coles Technology leadership team to set strategy, priorities and support key business initiatives.
- Manage demand and oversee delivery (design, build, test, transition) of all projects and solutions.
- Provide portfolio level governance including oversight and reporting of project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and progress against allocated budget.
- Contribute to the IT Strategy for Commercial Technology and own the Application delivery strategy for the Retail Core ERP and Space & Range systems.
- Define the roadmap for the future state of the Core ERP and Space & Range Applications to deliver a program of work that meets the future ERP needs of the Supermarkets business.
- Support the GM of Commercial to ensure a stable level of service to the Core ERP and Space and Range systems.
- Develop the leadership capability within the team - develop the team culture in line with the Coles Values and Ways of Working.
- Support the achievement of budgeted sales, profit and customer KPIs for Core Retail and Space and Range
- Support innovation within the business units.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Sciences.
- Digital strategy development.
- Exceptional passion for delivering to customers.
- Product management, including product planning/roadmaps, research, design and optimisation, particularly in merchandising and supply chain.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exceptional people management, collaboration and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including Agile) and enterprise architecture principles
- Effectively balances commercial and customer needs
- Financial and risk management skills
- Stakeholder management skills
