**About the role**:
We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic person, with the right attitude to join our inbound customer service team. You will have the opportunity to work your way up by delivering on:

- Customer Service - Courier/Taxi truck
- Customer Service First Call Resolution
- Freight Investigator - National Road/Air Distribution
- Assistant Call Centre Manager
- Call Centre Manager
- Account Management
- Management
- National Management
