We are looking for enthusiastic Facilities Maintenance and Project Coordinator to work in our Sydney office to execute, monitor and control all facilities maintenance as well as maintain and develop current facilities systems and processes.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Key Accountabilities
- Assist with store open closures to ensure on-time delivery and within budget by working with local contractors.
- Organise, maintain and manage a supplier framework for maintenance by following a tender process to ensure Travelex is receiving quality output at competitive cost.
- Ensure there is a framework in place for recurring routine maintenance whilst considering continuous improvement opportunities.
- Adhere to the unplanned maintenance process ensuring a competitive cost.
- Ensure all maintenance is managed within the approval process to ensure costs are controlled and made visible to the budget holder.
- Ensure all works (closures & maintenance) are tracked against the agreed supplier SLAs and challenged as appropriate.
- Monitor progress of all tasks and update Management on a regular basis.
- Provide suggestions and solutions for improving Ways of Working for all departmental related tasks.
- Support and imbed any other facilities related activities as required by the business

Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated overall operational excellence including administration, attention to detail and management of a multitude of tasks
- 3rd party supplier management experience
- An interest in project management experience would be an advantage
