Molnlycke is now hiring for a **CLINICAL SPECIALIST** for Wound Care business division based in Sydney, Australia. As part of the Global Medical & Professional Affairs team, this role is responsible for the support of the clinical strategies of Mölnlycke Health Care (MHC); specifically the Wound Care (WC) Division. In Wound Care at Molnlycke, we help to prevent, manage and accelerate the healing of wounds.

**KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:

- Responsible for the delivery, in collaboration with marketing, sales teams and medical and professional affairs, of professional education webinars, virtual and in person professional education events seminars supporting the MHC solutions
- Through KOL relationship development, the CS will build a network of clinicians advocating of MHC products and solutions.
- The CS will be involved in the development and management of clinical case studies, quality improvement projects and clinical studies relevant to the WC product portfolio.

**In this** **role you will**:

- Represent company in a positive, professional manner along with internal contacts and external customers.
- Provide consistent behavioral feedback to develop self-awareness and recognize positive performance
- Review expense reports and ensure activities are consistent with company policies, plans and established budgets
- Monitor and deliver product related programs to appropriate audiences and groups that position MHC product usage as outstanding solutions for safe, gentle and effective wound healing.
- Coordinate clinical activities with designated, Medical and Professional Affairs Manager, Product Managers, and Territory Sales Managers to assist in the achievement of sales goals to improve patient and clinical outcomes.
- Act as a clinical resource for Territory Sales Managers and Product Managers, ensuring that clinical policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Provide training and support for new sales hire and existing Territory Managers
- Represent MHC at industry tradeshows and related wound care conferences.
- Represent MHC as an active member of Clinical Associations.
- Identify and nurture potential advocates and clinical investigators.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Nursing, or a related clinical specialty required, including Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy or wound care specialty
- 4+ years of similar related clinical sales experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of wound care management
- Strong industry and clinical network preferred
- Demonstrated experience in presenting to KOLs, small or large groups of medical professionals
- Experience working for a medical product manufacturer as a clinical resource to sales strongly preferred
- Able to travel regionally in Australia
