We’re hiring for an **Electrical Maintenance Supervisor **(afternoon/evening shift) **, who’ll be based at our 40-hectare primary processing site in Cannon Hill.

**The Role**

You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Electrical Maintenance team, to ensure the effective and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities. Your strong leadership skills and technical expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality of our facility, minimising downtime, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Set and deliver planned maintenance schedules
- Breakdown management
- Reliability improvement initiatives
- Driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and oversee required servicing and preventative maintenance programs
- Staff development and training of skilled tradespeople and apprentices
- Ensuring a productive and positive team spirit including a high level of moral and participation
- Ensuring safe work practices and Standard Operational Procedures are followed at all times
