**About the Role**:
Have you been contemplating a change of scene, or wanting to dip your toes in the health / aged care sector? It’s an industry that will only keep growing, evolving and is also quite interestingly complex. If it’s variety you’re seeking, we can guarantee that no two days will be the same.

In this role you will be working closely with the HR Advisor and gain experience in interpreting Enterprise Agreements, Awards and employment legislation. This is a great opportunity for a graduate with a passion and interest in Employment Law and Industrial relations.

This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home as needed. This is a full time fixed term role for 1 year with the potential to extend.

**We'll also be asking you to**:

- Collate relevant employment information to support analysis of terms and conditions.
- Be curious and use initiative to help solve problems
- Read and understand our Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
- Manage a varied and busy workload.
- Work as part of a project team.

**About you**:
**Success in this role, and job satisfaction will be greatly ensured if you have**:

- 1-2 years working in a administration role (HR preferred).
- An understanding of employment law & Industrial Relations.
- Ability to analyse, problem solve & find workable solutions.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks.
