Adult Squad Coach

Leading aquatic centre management company, Swim Fit, requires a bright, enthusiastic Swim Coach to fill a position of Adult Squad Coach located at the Buderim Aquatic Centre on the Sunshine Coast.

This position will start off as a casual position up to 18 hours per week with the potential for growth for the successful applicant.

Accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

- Improve swimmers’ technique
- Coaching of adult / master squads
- Encourage great work ethic and commitment to the program
- Helping athletes perform at their absolute highest level
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- The ability to learn and develop coaching techniques
- Working with the local Swimming Club

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**

Development Coaching License

Pool Lifeguard

First Aid

Blue Card

Our new coach will be self motivated, have a high degree of technical knowledge and expertise, excellent communication skills which will include strong administration, be reliable and punctual, and can manage and motivate others, as well as having efficient and effective time management skills.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Development Coaching License (preferred)
- Blue Card (preferred)
