**The Role**
ALS have a fixed term (maternity leave 8 months) opportunity for a suitably experienced Administrator to Join our Team based out of the western suburbs of Brisbane. You will be joining an experienced and high performing team and will fill an essential role that guarantees the day to day running of our office.

**The day to day**
You can anticipate plenty of opportunities to learn and progress with your day to day involving:

- Preparation, collating and uploading of onboarding documents for all QLD O&G entities. Ensuring accurate and timely arrangements to meet mobilisation dates.
- Arranging all travel requests for East Coast Australia employees within our Travel Policy guidelines
- Processing invoices into Pronto and maintaining travel database for Travel Card reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Units including preparation of relevant correspondence, data input, database and filing system maintenance and other general administrative duties.

**The essentials**
We are seeking a motivated individual who will ideally possess the following:

- Experience in Pronto or similar accounting software.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, schedules and commitments in a busy environment with conflicting external priorities
- At least 3 years experience in similar environment
