**About this Role**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on ideal profiles for the roles and educating them on any market or competitor hiring trends.

**What you’ll need**:

- 1-3 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required.
- Business Development and/or Sales experience a plus
- Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new techniques and skills.
- Proven track record in making hires against open roles.
