**About the role**:
To support our business development, we are looking for a Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead our School cleaning team in Ascot - need to have experience leading a team, using machinery etc,.

You will be responsible for overseeing the high level of cleaning provided to the stie whilst leading and supervising your team in this hands-on role.

Key details:

- Monday to Friday 4.30 pm - 9.30 pm.
- A Blue Card is Required.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Strict compliance with all CMBM and Client's rules, policies and procedure
- Provide and ensure a high standard of all cleaning in and around the site
- Be the first point of contact for our client on site
- Develop a strong working relationship with the Client
- Undertake people management, including training and administration functions
- Manage OH&S compliance and periodical cleaning activities across the site
- Ensure budgets are managed in accordance with contract hours
- Manage the staffing rosters and ensure hours are recorded accurately
- Ensures all tools and procedures are used/followed at all times to ensure consistent quality, and that team members are aware of these processes and trained accordingly.
- Supervisory experience with the ability to train and lead a team (essential)
- Proven experience in cleaning industry
- Sound understanding of OHS in the workplace preferred
- Have Working with children Blue Card or able to obtain
- Exceptional customer service / client focused
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $32.73 - $36.65 per hour

**Experience**:

- team leading: 1 year (preferred)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Blue Card (preferred)
- Australian driver’s license (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
