Beefy's is a well-established, Multi Award winning group of boutique Pie Bakery Cafes, with 9 stores across South East Queensland.

Their skilled and friendly team have an enviable reputation for excellence in customer service and high-quality product offerings.

They are currently seeking an experienced Manager, with high energy and a demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction for their Buddina store.
- Already have an extensive history within the food service/retail industry.
- Display warmth and enthusiasm, with a friendly positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
- Be able to bring the best out of the members of their team.
- Be flexible, adaptable reliable and very much hands-on.

This position is based on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday (working every 2nd weekend). You will be required to work a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts, so you must be able to work varying shifts between the hours of 4am to 7pm.

Due to the early morning start times your own transport is essential.

The Store Manager’s duties will include:

- Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the Number One priority
- Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and store cleanliness
- Training, supervising, mentoring, developing and coaching team members
- Management of stock including rotation, quality and minimising wastage
- Implementing operational policies and effectively managing back office administration
- Maintaining currency, knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety & Food Safety
- Planning and managing rosters
- Promoting a positive work environment that motivates team members to grow, be challenged and have fun

Essential Skills / Attributes:

- Preferably a minimum of 2 years previous Food Service Management/Retail Management experience and proven ability leading, developing and mentoring a team.
- Customer service focused, with the ability to engage new customers and maintain returning customer relationships.
- Ability to achieve store Key Performance Indicators.
- Ability to inspire, train, develop and motivate a team.
- Highly organised with effective time management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, reliable and honest.
- Ability to build solid professional relationships within the store team and greater network, as well as with customers, suppliers and contractors.

- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Store management: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Safety: 1 year (preferred)
