**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Paediatric Rehabilitation** team as an** Allied Health Assistant, **where you will be responsible for:

- the development, coordination and implementation of high quality therapy aide services to children and young people with acquired brain injury, neurosurgical problems, spinal pathology and complex rehabilitation needs and their families. Services may be provided to inpatients, outpatients or at outreach location

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:

- Work under pressure and to demonstrate effective time management- Experience working in a patient care setting or in assisting a health care professional-
- Experience working with children, young people and their care-givers- Demonstrated knowledge of effective physical rehabilitation management principles for children
