**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager, the Warehouse Pick Packer/ Forklift Driver will be responsible for supporting a range of warehouse operations, including pick-packing, delivery and dispatch of orders and products, communication across a range of stakeholders, and upholding WHS and warehouse standards and procedures.

This is an initial **12-month causal contract role **with the view to **transition to a permanent position**, based in our new warehouse and factory in Arndell Park.

**Roles and responsibilities include**:

- Pick & pack orders accurately and on time
- Receipt incoming items accurately and put away on time, including unloading containers/trucks
- Transporting products between locations (Lidcombe to Arndell Park)
- Possible various practical projects involving power & hand tools
- Communicate with dispatch/projects/sales team and management with changes, delays or issues with orders, products or customers
- Ensure all warehouse & WHS standards are strictly adhered to
- Meet attendance requirements and work without constant supervision/management.

**Skills & Experience**
- **Must have full driver’s license,** forklift license is highly regarded
- Have prior experience in warehouse duties
- Have excellent communication, organisational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities
- Practical experience with power tools & hand tools would be favourable
- Produce accurate and quality work, with a great attention to detail.
- Effectively prioritise work and meet required deadlines
- Be well presented and reliable with honest work ethic
- Be flexible with an energetic, can-do, positive attitude
- Must be open to completing full background check and health check

- Arndell Park, NSW 2148: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)
- Picking & packing: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
