Hours

6am - 8am Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Mowing lawns and maintaining grassed areas using ride-on and push mowers
- Sweeping, litter picking, and general cleaning of car parks and surrounding areas
- Edging, and blowing leaves as required
- Reporting any damage, hazards, or maintenance issues on site
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in grounds or property maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to operate grounds maintenance machinery safely
- Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s licence

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
