Franchisee Recruitment

The Franchisee Recruitment & Onboarding Manager leads the end-to-end franchise recruitment process for new franchisees to the network. This encompasses leading recruitment strategies recruitment strategies spanning, marketing, lead generation events, Franchise sale negotiations and ensuring a seamless induction for franchisees to LCA.

Success in this role will be measured by recruiting and onboarding highly skilled and capable franchisees to drive business success. You will create a talent pipeline of franchisees to support the growth of the business and ensure LCA is seen as a professional and trusted franchise business.

**As the Franchisee Recruitment & Onboarding, you will be responsible for**:

- Franchise Recruitment_
- Implementing dynamic talent pipeline strategies
- Recruit franchisees in line with the overall distribution strategy for the business and reflective of the LCA brand guidelines (new clinics and existing clinics)
- Communicate and endorse the vision and success of the Company to potential franchisees
- Manage the full end to end recruitment process for franchisees; advertising, interviewing, conduct business plan meetings to inform franchise sale agreements
- Review and recommend prospective franchisees to the GM
- Drive continual process improvement across the franchise recruitment process
- Franchisee Onboarding _
- Identify and record franchisee skills skill sets and development plans to assist the onboarding and training of the franchisee
- Communicate with project management team on timelines, budgets, payment schedule and overall clinic build so that this can be provided to the franchisees
- Attend clinic pre-openings to assist the new clinic build team to be successful in their overall clinic distribution strategy
- Assist on new clinic briefing packs for local area marketing
- Relationship Management _
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners
- Develop, expand, and maintain cooperative relationships within the wider Operations Team and the franchise network

**About you**
- Experience in the recruitment and sale of franchisee’s is essential
- Strong business acumen and sales management experience
- A strong communicator who thrives on building rapport with key stakeholders and strong negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, to identify and resolve immediate clinic needs
- Analytical and reporting skills to track and report Franchisee recruitment and development
- Some travel to around Australia as required
