**Position Overview**: As a Diploma Qualified Educator at Little Shining Stars Evanston, you will play a crucial role in providing a stimulating and safe environment for children to learn and grow. You will work collaboratively with a team of educators to implement educational programs, encourage creativity, and ensure the well-being of the children in your care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute daily activities, ensuring they align with curriculum goals.
- Prioritize the safety, health, and well-being of all children, following relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring it meets all regulatory standards and is conducive to learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering child development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing ideas and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in early childhood education.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time, Graduate

**Salary**: $23.22 - $39.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
