We arrange the provision of an extensive range of aged support and disability services for people in their own home and community.- Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring, and committed people to provide support to assist people living in their own homes to enable independence.Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.Disability Support Work is an important and rapidly expanding industry with high levels of satisfaction and security.**What Support is being provided**:

- Seeking caring and committed people to support a 50-year-old woman with an acquired brain injury to remain living independently at home by helping her achieve daily activities such as:
- Duties Include
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation
- Assistance with Peg Feeding
- Bladder and Bowel Care

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:
- Thursday, Friday: 0630 - 1500 (weekly) Saturday: 0630 - 1500 (Fortnightly)**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
- First Aid Certificate
