An opportunity has become available for a **Road Tester/Quality Controller**in our **Mercedes-Benz** workshop in **Warwick Farm**. The position entails carrying out quality control inspections and road tests on all Mercedes-Benz vehicles going through the workshop. The applicant will need a keen eye for detail, have a strong customer focus, be able to work in a team environment liaising with Service Advisors, Foreman and Technicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete final quality control checks on vehicles to make sure the vehicles released meet and exceed manufacturers Fixed First Visit requirements.
- To fulfil waiting customer requirements and road test
- To assist the Workshop Controller in the daily functioning of the workshop
- Carrying out checks on used vehicles coming through the workshop
- Final check of job cards coming through the workshop before handing over to Service Advisors

**What we are looking for**:

- Qualified technician or Senior technician looking for an alternative position within a Service Department
- Current clean NSW driver license
- Previous experience performing road tests and quality control functions are a benefit but not essential
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong communicator with ability to provide guidance and support to technical team via demonstrated knowledge and capability
