**$60,000 - $67,000 (plus superannuation) per annum - Based on experience**

This highly regarded position will be responsible for the day to day running of their department and must demonstrate the following attributes and responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and develop your team
- Delight our customers by providing an exceptional shopping experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to promote and build a strong team environment
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Advanced presentation, merchandising and stock management skills
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of food handling and food safety
- Embrace White’s IGA unique ‘locavore’ culture
- Previous Delicatessen experience is essential and a current food safety supervisor certificate is preferred

Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day period which may include afternoon and/or weekend and public holiday work.
