**About the role**:
Support Food Service delivery at Uniting AgeWell Strathdon** **by providing a service in accordance with the current planned menu and requirements of the Food Safety Program, that supports and enhances resident’s individual needs and wellbeing.

Tasks include:

- Working within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining daily and periodic cleaning schedules for food preparation and food service areas
- Serving residents meals in dining hall services and trolley service to rooms, washing dishes, sandwich making, providing cups of tea or coffee to residents and their visitors
- Provide feedback regarding residents’ likes and dislikes regarding menu planning and escalate any observations or concerns in residents conditions
- Promote and participate in quality activities, and provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friends
- Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and expertise

**About you**:

- Have experience and expertise working in food service; preferably in a health, hotel or aged care setting
- **Have availability to work on a rotating fortnightly roster, Week 1 Thursday + Friday, Week 2 Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:00am -3:00pm**:

- Are experienced in customer service and provide excellent standard of service
- Have the initiative and ability to work without supervision

- A current Working With** Children Check card**:
