**About the role**
The Families and Young People Services team currently has a vacancy for a Permanent Fulltime Team Manager to join the Lowood Team. This role is responsible for ensuring effective service delivery and day-to-day management of the Lowood Hub, inclusive of the Integrated Early Years’ Service, Targeted Family Support Program and Services Australia Agent Services as well as the Lowood Community Centre. The purpose of this position is to provide effective leadership, management and support in the effective development and implementation of high-quality service delivery to children, young people, families, and members of the community accessing these services.
**To be eligible for this position you will require (Key Selection Criteria)**:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related discipline or, Early Years Education; or relevant Diploma with relevant experience; or substantial experience in a similar role.
- Previous leadership experience within a social welfare context including team supervision and conflict resolution.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Queensland child protection system.
- Hold a Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or above Driver’s License.
- Ability to obtain positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.
- Evidence of current vaccination against whooping cough or willingness to obtain prior to commencement, unless applicable exemption provided as per the relevant MC procedure.

This position offers a competitive annual salary of $96,932 - $101,250 plus superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience). You will also have the opportunity to increase your take-home pay by salary sacrificing and other benefits.
