We are seeking a piling rig operator to join our NSW team

**The role**:
The piling rig operator is a full-time position, based in New South Wales. Reporting to the foreperson you will play a vital role in the successful execution of projects across Australia. In this role you will:

- Ensure all operated plant and equipment, are fit for purpose and maintained as required
- Carry out daily maintenance on equipment and accurately log all activities
- Operate equipment in confined spaces with limited vision under the direction of the Offsider/Dogman
- Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a strong safety culture
- Report any incidents or equipment issues and only operate machinery for which you are authorised and competent
- Maintain up to date records of maintenance activities and ensure timely calibrations
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Keep qualifications current and support training initiatives as needed

**What you bring to the role**:

- Essential piling experience techniques such as bored piles and CFA piles
- Proven experience in operating Liebherr LB and LRB series, Bauer and Fundex piling rigs
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
- Hold relevant qualifications and tickets such as open crane, intermediate rigging and pilesafe (desirable)
