About the role
Tallan Group is an Insurance Building Company operating throughout QLD and northern NSW. We are specialists in repairs to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact and malicious damage.
We are seeking highly motivated, resilient, reliable, positive customer service professionals to join our Case Management team.
In this role you are empowered to proactively manage claims, end to end, ensuring our customers and clients have a positive experience in their time of need. Working in a fast-paced environment, every day will be different.
- Answer large volumes of incoming calls
- Process new claims, arranging assessors and submitting quotes
- Maintain a high level of communication with all stakeholders
- Liaise with insurance companies and loss adjusters
- Update notes to internal and client systems
- Prepare client documentation as required
- Issue purchase orders to specialist trades
- Approve incoming invoices from respective trades
- Scope / contract amendments for presentation purposes
- Proactively manage claims (end to end). Completing all actions, every time, to deliver the best service.
- Interact professionally with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Actively participate in coaching and training to upskill and build capability within yourself and your team
About you
- A demonstrated passion for delivery exceptional client and customer outcomes and service
- Effective time management, problem solving and organisational skills
- Solutions focused with strong communication skills, including the ability to take ownership and resolve customer issues.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of computer competency
- Capable of navigating and working across multiple systems
- Able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously when required
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- A background in the insurance field is highly desired
- A background in customer service and administration is preferred but the right work ethic will get you over the line.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brendale, QLD 4500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Case management: 1 year (preferred)
- Insurance Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
