**The Skills You'll Need**:

- Weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes.
- Work well under pressure.
- Can do attitude.
- Ensure that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and well maintained.
- The ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

**The Experience You'll Have**:

- Prior experience in related food service and food preparation positions.
- Worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior knowledge of American style cooking an advantage.
