**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrive at the warehouse on time for loading.
- Safely load and secure goods for transport.
- Deliver goods to customers’ homes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Handle goods with care and ensure they are returned to the warehouse in proper condition.
- Use the delivery app effectively with the driver to track deliveries and report any issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to solve delivery challenges.
- Keep vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times.

**You’ll also need to**:

- Must have full working rights.
- Hold a valid Medium Rigid (MR) vehicle license.
- Be physically fit to load and unload freight of various sizes and weights, frequently in and out of the truck.
- Be safety-focused and understand the importance of the Chain of Responsibility.
- Have a customer-centric mindset with effective communication skills.
