Transport Coordinator

Based at our Store Support Centre Rochedale, this role reports into our National Transport Manager.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Daily Routing of deliveries.
- Managing safety across CoR and driver incidents.
- Relationship management across drivers and business owners.
- Supporting customer focused initiatives to improve the last mile delivery service.
- Abilities to solve operational transport issues day to day.
- Stakeholder management across Amart DC, Stores, Quality and Customers.
- Continuous improvement to drive customer/operational efficiencies.
- Monitor Transport commercials.

**About you**:

- Experience in utilising an ERP/ routing system.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support for all Amart customers.
- Support the logistics function in managing transport operational tasks.
- Executing and influencing KPI such as DOT, VOC, Customer Service KPI’s and Safety.
- Experienced in utilising Microsoft products such as Excel.
- Can do positive attitude.
