An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Design & Production Manager** to join a dynamic team at Allkinds.

Reporting to and working closely with the Brand Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our creative team and managing the end-to-end production process for all creative briefs and projects.

You will contribute to shaping the visual style, aesthetic, and visual direction of projects. Innovative, collaborative, and commercially driven, you thrive on putting ideas into action and are confident managing schedules, project briefs, and feedback.

**THE ROLE**:

- Provide creative direction and guidance on briefs, ensuring alignment with campaign direction and brand guidelines.
- Mentor and develop team members, offering feedback and professional growth opportunities.
- Manage workflow, allocate resources, and delegate design projects within the Digital Creative department.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all creative briefs before Brand Art Director sign-off.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all briefs are completed on schedule.
- Design and develop graphic design direction decks for seasonal and key brand moments, including BAU, events, and partnerships.
- Manage all production aspects, including budgets, logistics, resource allocation, and post-production editing.
- Collaborate with the Brand Art Director and other creatives to ensure seamless shoot executions.
- Oversee the selection and coordination of talent, locations, and production teams, negotiating contracts as needed.
- On-site in St Kilda Rd offices 5 days per week.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field is required.
- 8+ years of experience in similar creative roles, with a proven track record of successful project management and senior digital graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong creative vision and strategic thinking abilities, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to support, inspire, and motivate.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the production process.
