**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Broker Support & Loan Processing**:

- Manage client pipeline while broker is on annual leave or unplanned leave.
- Manage and maintain client data within CRM systems, ensuring all client information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.

**Lender Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with various lenders to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues that arise during the loan process.
- Ensure that loan submissions meet the required lending policies and criteria.

**Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all loan submissions adhere to company guidelines, industry regulations, and compliance standards.

**Administrative Support**:

- Reviewing and filing of client documents within the appropriate folders as per company procedure.

**About You & Your Experience**:

- **Industry knowledge & Experience**: A minimum of 1 year in a similar role, with significant experience in mortgage lending processes, ideally in a brokerage environment. Knowledge of general lender policies, loan products, and credit standards.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, brokers, and lenders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience using CRM software to manage client data and loan workflows effectively.
- **Calculators and Assessments**: Experience using calculators from various lenders to assess suitability and evaluate loan scenarios.
- **Teamwork & Initiative**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented approach and with the ability to work with multiple brokers and multitask.

**Please note: This is a hybrid role - 3 days from our office in Ultimo and 2 days working from home

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
