**The role**
Working as an integral member of the Sustainability & Technical Services team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and operational delivery of ISPT’s ESG strategy across the company, monitoring progress and improving performance, and preparing reporting and disclosure obligations.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to help build awareness and capacity to improve sustainability performance across the strategic areas of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). You will contribute to a diverse range of internal and external projects that support and enhance ISPT’s sustainability performance and cultural approach to sustainability across its operations

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Develop strategic insights relating to ESG, including analysis and response to emerging trends and sustainability issues, with a focus on reporting and associated metrics (e.g. ESG impact reporting and international reporting standards)
- Oversee data administration activities to ensure data quality, and support monitoring and tracking of performance metrics, at both an asset and organisation level
- Identify trends/data anomalies and performance against targets outlined within the ESG Strategy, and identify opportunities for performance enhancement
- Manage the preparation of reputational and compliance reporting outputs including NGERS, GRESB and UNPRI, as well as investor reporting
- Deliver sustainability related education and awareness programs, materials and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Represent ISPT in appropriate external forums and working groups
- Identify potential opportunities for innovation and communicate to key internal stakeholders

**About you**
With proven all-round ESG knowledge and a background in consulting and/or in the property industry, you will have experience in sustainability related reporting frameworks, such as GRI, GRESB, PRI, NGER, and Climate Active. You will have a demonstrated ability to influence others, with a track record in building and maintaining relationships.

In addition, you will have:

- Tertiary qualification in engineering/environmental science/building/property
- Experience managing complex data flows, and technical experience in establishing and improving data capture (ideally within real estate &/or ESG)
- Experience creating insights and managing the gathering of utilities data
- Demonstrated data governance, data quality, and data management experience
