The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.As the Assistant Underwriter, you will utilise and develop a broad knowledge across multiple lines of business to handle complex tasks across the Motor and Marine underwriting portfolios. You will work closely with Underwriters & Service Consultants to ensure service activities are achieved within service level agreements, responding to enquiries, and coordinating responses with appropriate stakeholders where required.
- Important to your success - let’s grow together- Previous experience within an insurance role, with a general knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Ability to ensure prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions. Ability to anticipate customer needs and satisfy them proactively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain trustful, working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- A strong eye for detail with the ability to process information with high level of accuracy.
