**Service Support Lead will provide leadership to the service support team to deliver high quality person-centred supports and ensure best practice.**

Identitywa’s mission is to work in partnership with individuals and families to build a community where people with disability enjoy a fulfilled life.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Identitywa in the role of Service Support Lead. This key role will require a strength-based approach to delivering successful outcomes to people with disability and their families.

The role is well suited to a person with similar experience in leading services of rostering and funding agreements.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide day to day leadership and supervision to the service support team.
- Actively monitor and review the rostering requirements of the organisation.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of funding between Identitywa, NDIS and other funding bodies.
- Work with the teams to ensure KPI’s for participant funding and rostering requirements for the disability services are met.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in service support to meet the needs of the families and employees.
- Complete reporting and other duties as required by the Service Improvement Manager.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Tertiary qualification or a minimum 3 years relevant leadership experience.
- You will bring strong leadership skills to develop and maintain high performing service support teams.
- A dedicated experience to customer service in the disability field.
- A demonstrated commitment to the core values of Identitywa to always make a commitment to act.
- Working knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
- Experience in scheduling and rostering employees in a person centred approach across multiple services.
- High level interpersonal skills with ability and empathy to work in a family focussed and confidential working environment.
- Commitment to the NDIS Standards and the Safeguarding of children and adults at risk.
