We're looking for enthusiastic and client-focused individuals to join our team as Lighting Consultants.

**The Roles**: We are currently seeking a Lighting Consultant for our Brisbane location:
**Part-Time Lighting Consultant - Fortitude Valley**
This part-time position will see you float between our Brisbane location, offering flexibility and variety. As a key member of both showrooms, you will assist clients with their lighting needs, provide expert advice, and help maintain a high level of client satisfaction across both locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their lighting needs and offer expert advice.
- Assist clients in selecting the best lighting solutions for residential or commercial spaces.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service from enquiry through to sale.
- Ensure the showroom is presented beautifully, with products displayed and stocked appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage client enquiries, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of lighting products and industry trends.
- Provide support in ensuring a seamless client experience across locations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a retail, design, or client service environment (experience in lighting is highly regarded but not essential).
- Passion for design and a keen interest in lighting solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding client service.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work across different locations (for the part-time role).
- A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.
