**The role**:
A permanent part time Director of Service will be supported with an incredible team from a Program Manager, Mentor, and Regional Manager.
- **5-week Induction Program **to support a thorough onboarding process aimed at equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and understanding needed to exceed in your new role.
- Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community
- Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences everyday with your team
- Foster “GENUINE” relationships with children and their families
- Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
- Manage service compliance and medical documentation
- Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are still a big kid at heart
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you’re talking with a child, their parent, one of your team or the school Principal
- Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- You are a natural leader with an eye for detail
- Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
- Diverse language skills desired
- You are energetic, enthusiastic and love to have FUN
