Barista/all Rounder

The Botanist is looking for a highly experienced Barista to join the team located on level 3 in STARS building. The Barista will be highly skilled, highly motivated and have exceptional customer service skills.

**About the Role**
- Provide exceptional coffee product no matter how busy the café is, but still be quick and efficient
- Work collaboratively with the team assisting on the floor when required
- Provide excellent customer service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
- Part-time position approximately 25 hours a week
- Ensure that all Work Health and Safety Policies are followed
- Ordering and reporting on beverage, coffee and milk stock
- Be available to work on Monday to Friday

**Essentials**
- Minimum 2-year experience as a Barista, coming from well-established and fast-paced venues
- Proven ability to work independently and methodically whilst offering a superior level of customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and able to carry 10-15kg
- Must hold full Australian working rights

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.87 - $37.61 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
