**What You Will Be Doing**

Talent Acquisition is a fundamental part of the People, Workplace Safety and Wellbeing Department, responsible for the delivery of a diverse range of activities, to administer recruitment, on-boarding and compliance functions. Talent Acquisition provides advice and support to hiring managers to ensure they have accurate and timely information.

This role is classified as a HS3 under the Health & Allied, Managers & Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Sound written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to establish priorities to meet conflicting deadlines.
- Hold, or working towards, tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
