**About the opportunity**:
Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair in achieving visually dynamic and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our Delacombe Op Shop will allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun.

Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

**About you**:

You are an experienced retail star, looking for a great opportunity. You have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores. Knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a new dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
