**The Role**
We are currently searching for an IT savvy Administrator with a passion for WHS and compliance. This role will be responsible for providing coordination and support of our compliance systems across the Peninsula Hot Springs group of entities.

Reporting to our Guest and Employee Welfare Manager, key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Providing compliance Administration and Software support for employees
- Maintaining the training and skills matrix
- Assisting the OH&S team with administration
- Project Management of compliance modules including risk registers
- Approving insurance and training certificates
- OH&S onboarding of new employees
- Training other in contractor management
- Assisting with software issues including password resets
- Developing compliance training documents
- Web development to improve user experience
- Centralisation of OH&S and compliance data
- Compliance and training reporting

**About You**
You will have previous experience in a similar role with meticulous organizational skills. You love solving problems and can effectively communicate with a wide variety of people. You can maintain a professional and confidential approach with employee information and enjoy working proactively and independently. Programming language skills would be advantageous but not essential however you will be required to obtain a Working with Children Check.
