Dog Sitter

Little Paws Playcare is hiring new dog sitters You can have the dogs stay with you at your home or stay with them at the daycare house. The dogs will be able to go to daycare Monday to Friday from 10:30-4:30 so you will be free during weekdays We only take small breeds that are mostly non-shedding.

Starting rate from $40/night per dog.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and drop off small dogs before and after daycare if required
- Handling and supervising small dogs and puppies
- Update social media with posts and stories
- Maintain a level of training through positive reinforcement
- Exceptional customer service to dog owners - we try to be as accommodating as possible for all of our clients
- Maintain a standard of hygiene and cleanliness at the daycare house

**Job Requirements**:

- Available over December/January
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Valid ABN or willingness to obtain
- Pet first aid or willingness to obtain (online course)
- Dog handling experience and ability to identify basic health and behavioural concerns
- Willingness to take small dogs for overnight sitting/boarding
- Most importantly, you need to be a dog LOVER

**Salary**: From $280.00 per week
