**About the Opportunity**

Our **Cavan** branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Field Service Fitter to join the Hitachi team. This will be a Full Time permanent role.

**About the Role**
- Provide quality customer outcomes through diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs to a wide range of _Construction and Mining equipment_
- Conduct all repairs and maintenance jobs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Completion and submission of all relevant paperwork
- Parts receipted for workshop to be tagged or binned to correct workshop
- Ensure compliance with company's Environmental Policy, quality standards, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

- Qualifications - Minimum Certificate III in a Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Experience & Skillset - Heavy Diesel mechanics and field service fitters with OEM equipment experience
- Customer Focus - Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively, understanding customer needs and delivering quality outcomes to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction
