We are a furniture manufacturer seeking a person to assist in the warehouse and with factory production.

Duties involve:

- Liaise with production manager daily to ensure orders are progressing and will be ready on due dates
- Create production schedules weekly for factory to ensure jobs are on track
- Stock control - Ensure factory have materials/hardware required for orders on hand
- Greet trucks at dock and instruct which goods are to be collected
- Print delivery dockets/picking slips for every collection
- Update tracking system in the factory
- Contact customers/project managers to discuss status of orders
- Ensure Goods are checked and correct before collection
- Address any issues onsite regarding rectification or damaged works
- Assist tradespersons when required.
- Able to lift up to 25kg if assisting with loading of trucks.

applicant must be reliable and have
- good communication skills.
- Computer skills
- Ability to multi task
- Work independently

Salary negotiable dependant on experience.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
