**Our Retail Assistants**:

- Are committed to providing genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers
- Build effective customer relationships and are the helpful person to talk to
- Work as part of a team environment to ensure the success of the store
- Have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment

**The successful individual will**:

- Be passionate about customer service, with previous retail and/or customer service experience (favourable)
- Have a positive mindset and often take initative
- Demonstrate friendly, helpful and confident interpersonal skills
- Be available to work on a Monday to Friday roster
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
