Sales Assistant

We currently have a position for a Sales Assistant / Store Manager in well established fashion lifestyle boutique.

You will also be working with a supportive team that are all striving to deliver an amazing experience with our customers and support the management with stock organisation and visual merchandising.

**DUTIES**
- Manage all aspects of the store
- Create an exceptional customer experience and provide up-to-the-minute styling advice
- Motivate, coach and develop the in-store team
- Manage new stock deliveries
- Experience in fashion retail is favourable
- HIKE POS experience advantageous but not compulsory, will be trained on the job
- Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards, including personal and team presentation, to enhance customer experience.
- Back of house paperwork.
- Providing a high level of customer service skills
- Cash handling and processing sales
- General maintenance of store
- Working well within a team environment
- Being able to use initiative and multi task
- Processing and organizing stock
- Processing of online sales

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
