**The Practice**

**Berowra family medical Practice **is a GP practice that offers patients and their families the best care possible from the moment they walk in the door or pick up their phone. Underpinned by a strong set of values, using a holistic and multidisciplinary approach that cares for their patients and their families.

**The Role**

The role oversees daily practice functions through the coordination and guidance of the team, providing efficient and effective administrative functions associated with the clinical service delivery of our doctors and all practice aspects.

**About You**

The **Practice Manager** will have high attention to detail, be conscientious and be able to deliver a consistent high standard of work. The ability to engage and motivate others, instilling collaboration, cooperation and teamwork through effective leadership and people management strategies along with modelling a positive work ethic.

**Key Criteria**
- Previous Practice management experience.
- Practice Accreditation requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of Medicare item number, billing processes.
- **Medical software PracSoft, Medical Director & Cliniko experience.**:

- Sound interpersonal skills and communication.

**Salary**

$35-$45phr

Based on experience.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BEROWRA HEIGHTS, NSW 2082: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
