We are currently looking for a all rounder Accounts Assistant to join our expanding finance team.

**About the role**

**Full-time/Part-time (3 days/Week)**

Working as part of a team and reporting through to the CFO, your main responsibilities will include:

- Bookkeeping (Purchase Invoices, Sales recording, Supplier Payments)
- Credit cards reconciliation and GL preparation
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Maintain payroll records for existing employees, new hires, and terminations
- Assist with end-to-end fortnightly processing employees including superannuation
- Administrative tasks assigned by the accounts manager
- Undertake additional training as necessary
- Generate accounting reports/analysis

**About You**
- Recent graduate of an Accounting or Business degree or Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
- A sound understanding of accounting
- MYOB experience preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Excellent MS excel skills
- Excellent communications skills
