We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Assistant Store Manager **to join our Bondi Boutique**,** who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the sass & bide brand.

Leading your team & supporting the store manager, you will be responsible for end to end store operations, with your responsibilities including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, rostering and reporting.

You will have:

- Previous experience as an assistant store manager or 1-2 years consistent retail experience and you are looking for the next step in your career
- Excellent customer service skills and previous track record in exceeding store budgets/KPI's
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base; knowing them by name when they enter the store & proactively calling them to let them know of upcoming events and promotions
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others
- A huge passion for fashion - you already know, wear and follow the latest trends, are able to relate to our fashion-conscious customers with ease
