**About the Role**

Lismore FoodWorks is looking for a results-driven and experienced **Retail Manager** to lead the daily operations of our store. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in retail management, product strategy, and team leadership. You will be responsible for optimising store performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product & Inventory Management**:

- Determine appropriate product mix and stock levels to meet customer demand
- Maintain accurate inventory and financial transaction records
- Ensure service standards are consistently met
- **Purchasing & Pricing Strategy**:

- Formulate and implement purchasing and pricing policies
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate effectively
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Plan and execute in-store promotions and advertising campaigns
- Promote store offerings and seasonal events to maximise foot traffic and sales
- **Sales & Customer Service**:

- Sell goods and provide advice to customers on product use
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- **Financial & Operational Management**:

- Prepare and manage store budgets
- Monitor expenses and profitability to ensure financial goals are achieved
- **Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team performance
- Create a positive and productive work environment
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all operations comply with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized retail space

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in a similar retail management role
- Strong understanding of inventory, pricing, and marketing principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Customer-focused approach with strong sales abilities
- Proficient in POS and retail management systems
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards
