**Key Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Work with Operational teams to identify any specific learning & development needs;
- Coordinate the development and delivery of employee learning and development programs such as (Graduate Programs, Apprenticeships and Traineeships, Executive Leadership);
- Liaise with Schools and Universities to build relationships and identify pathway opportunities for students to work within the organisation;
- Talent management to identify emerging leaders and leadership development;
- Implement an employee feedback system to facilitate continuous improvement;
- Develop an annual training calendar and conduct an ongoing training needs analysis;
- Provide advice and assistance in regards to developing return to work plan that require retraining and redeployment of injured workers;
- Succession planning development.

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar position;
- Current driver’s licence;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with all internal and external stakeholders;
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
- Sound planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi task;
- Strong IT skills in MS Office and Excel;
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or business (desirable);
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
