**About the opportunity**

Stepping into an Assistant Manager role, you will learn the ins and outs of restaurant management and be well positioned to move up in your career. The company offers 6-8 of structured learning induction so you will be set up for success.

As an Assistant Manager you will be expected to deliver quality service in a fast paced casual diner, whilst being able to motivate all staff and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Leading a team of 20, this role requires a leader who demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions. You will have a guest obsessed mentality and be able to uplift and motivate your team.

Our client has clear pathways to Restaurant Management with goal posts that stand still. This business is known for providing growth into Area Management and their impressive retention of employees.
